This fantastic model features three floors with removable segments, allowing you easy access to the detailed interior. The ground floor includes a 1950s-style gas station with a fuel pump, kiosk, and fully equipped auto repair shop with rolling door, lift, and tire changer. The middle floor houses a veterinary clinic with an exam table, aquarium, and waiting room, including a sofa. The top floor features a well-equipped apartment with a kitchen, TV, sofa, bed, and stairs leading to a rooftop terrace with a deck chair, umbrella, and flower garden. The exterior showcases a classic 1950s-style facade with signage, detailed windows, and a decorative cornice. Additionally, the set includes a sidewalk area with a tree and ornate streetlamp. This beautiful addition to the Modular Building series offers a rewarding and nostalgic building experience.
